The US Supreme Court Precedent
Vaccine mandates continue to be a contentious topic in both national and local news. There’s President Biden’s emergency order requiring vaccines or weekly tests for all federal employees and for employees of companies with 100 or more employees. In Michigan, that accounts for approximately half the state’s workforce. Nationally the mandate could apply to 100 million Americans, almost two-thirds the American workforce. For this issue of Hogwash! we took a look at a Politico article that takes a look at the U.S. Supreme Court precedent for mandating vaccines.
