GARY ALLEN GARDNER practiced in the courts of Saginaw, Midland and Bay City before moving to Traverse City. Mr. Gardner has been a speaker and panelist for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and authored an article for the MICHIGAN BAR JOURNAL, The Fair Credit Reporting Act: Implications for 1999 and Beyond. Mr. Gardner is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association.

JO ANN M. CARLSON, Of Counsel to the firm on oil and gas matters and commercial litigation, earned her law degree from the University of Michigan and has over 20 years of litigation experience in Michigan courts representing individuals who have suffered injury or death due to someone else's negligence or wrongdoing. In her separate law practice, she handles personal injury and property loss claims resulting from auto accidents, insurance denials, defective products and defective premises.
